Active Spinal

Active Spinal & Sports Care is a Chiropractic and Sports Therapy office run by Dr. Armen Agacanyan. Dr. Armen is a Sports Chiropractor with a specialty in soft tissue injury and rehabilitation. He combines Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, physiotherapy, Chiropractic care and rehab/ corrective exercise. These treatment modalities are used by elite and professional athletes from around the world. Dr. Armen is the only Diplomat of the American Chiropractic Rehab Board, Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner, Certified Active Release Technique Provider, Certified Graston Technique Provider and Rocktape Performance Tape Provider in the South County.

South Valley Running Club

The South Valley Running Club, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation formed to promote running for health, fitness, and fun. Our members live in the South Santa Clara County area, primarily in Gilroy, Morgan Hill, San Martin, and Hollister. The monthly calendar includes weekday and weekend runs, socials, monthly meetings, and upcoming races.

Shoes for the City

As runners, we all tend to have a pile of shoes in our closet which are perfectly good by normal standards, but for most of us, after a certain number of miles, we stop wearing them. Simply bring your "gently worn" shoes to the MH Marathon Expo on Friday, or Saturday when you pick up your race number and they'll have a booth and shoe donation bins on site. They will also have shoe donation bins at the race on Sunday located adjacent to the starting line.

We are named for the coldest, most unforgiving side of a mountain. We have helped explorers reach the most unfathomable heights of the Himalayas. But The North Face® legend begins, ironically, on a beach. More precisely, San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood, at an altitude of only 150 feet above sea level. It was here in 1966 that two hiking enthusiasts resolved to follow their passions and founded a small mountaineering retail store.
