Over Volunteer Shirts 200 volunteers are needed to make the Morgan Hill Marathon successful. Volunteer opportunities are available at the Lifestyle Expo and on race day. All volunteers will receive an event t-shirt.

PRE-RACE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Friday, October 26, 2012

  • Assist with runner distribution of Race Packets to runners
  • Assist with runner registration
  • Assist with setup of the expo

Saturday, October 27, 2012

  • Assist with runner distribution of Race Packets to runners
  • Assist with runner registration
  • Assist with running the expo
  • Assist with setup of the outdoor (park) setup

RACE DAY VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Sunday, October 28, 2012

  • collect timing chips
  • manage people flow
  • provide water
  • direct finishers appropriately
  • assist in recovery area (food/drink distribution)
  • medal presentation
